All EMM guillotine shears are manufactured to the highest standard, with strict quality control to achieve a long life of minimal maintenance.

The frame consists of a heavy duty, solid welded steel structure giving maximum rigidity and performance. All controls of the guillotine shear can be carried out quickly and easily via the control panel located on the front of the machine. Standard controls comprise of electro-hydraulic operated variable rake angle, motorized front operated backgauge and inching mode for up stroking and down stroking.

• Variable Rake angle adjustment (1° - 3°).

• Ball transfers on table.

• Top driven cylinders.

• Rapid blade gap adjustment.

• 4 edge high carbon high chrome D2 quality shear blades

• 39" front operated motorized back gauge.

• Shadow line lighting & well designed finger guard for clear view of cutting line.

• Safety foot switch operation. Top blade will automatically return to top position when foot is removed from pedal.

• 39" side squaring arm with disappearing stops & inch/metric rule.

• Independent clamping of individual hold downs.
