EMM series Pipe Bender - NC Automatic Oil-Pressure(YF-45/65/115 NC)

TFT human machine interface display, touching controllable screen setting, and attached with memory function.

It is featured with multi-angular setting devices, whenever the pipe processing is required for multi-angular bending; it is available for continuous automatic repeated operation but also available for mono-angular bending.

The hydraulic loops is designer with zero load, combiner with extremely low frequency oil pump motor, effectively reduced nose, and increased motor efficiency and service duration.

Depending on the outer diameters of pipes, the processing capability is relatively enhanced. The machine is designed with high pressure and low pressure devices to facilitate the sufficient working pressure for pipe bending.

It is designed with multiple mold sets and rollers. When the machine is operated for bending of work pieces, it is available to reduce the resistance coefficients of mold guiding but creates strong output force.

It is designed with crisscross-typed core sets. When the mold is calibrated, it is available for vertical and horizontal adjustment.
